In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the products within 15 calendar days of your purchase to the seller. The products must be in the same condition that you receive them and undamaged in any way, and they must be sent in the original packaging.
After the seller receives your item, it will be inspected in order to process your refund. The seller will issue a refund to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase, less restocking fees. Restocking fees shall be at least 15% of the purchase price of the returned products, including any shipment costs. Original shipping charges on the products purchased will not be refunded to purchaser on any returned products. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If you damaged the products in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Because these are handmade products, there may be variations in dimensions, weight, tone and texture, among others, so no return will be accepted because of these characteristics. The weight of the product includes those of its packaging.
If you are unsatisfied with other aspects of the the products you received, you may contact us in order to return them to the seller within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The products must be in the same condition that you receive them and undamaged in any way, and they must be sent in the original packaging.
Exchange:
If you purchase products that are or become defective through no fault of your own, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair of your products. Please contact us and we will work with you on next steps and replacement options.
Lost or Stolen Shipment:
Although we send the products by Registered Mail, if your products fail to arrive, or you suspect that they were stolen before you received the package, please contact us.
